Occupational Therapist – Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR) Location: Uxbridge, Ontario Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual (5‑40 hrs/week, Flexible) Sign‑on bonus: up to $5,000.00 available About CAR CAR is a division of Lifemark’s Home and Community Care. We provide community rehabilitation services for adults and children and are seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to deliver services in clients’ homes and/or via virtual visits. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to manage a hybrid caseload.
