A.) preferred, and/or 10 to 15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience as a successful General Manager within the industry.Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time annually.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop people and embrace change managementAbility to think strategically and drive operational excellence.Strategic vision and ability to enforce accountability.Sales and product leadership experience.Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving/decision-making abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
