Job Description:

Relevant du directeur Cyberdéfense et opérations, vous êtes responsable d'une équipe de spécialiste de contrôles de sécurité de l’information. La direction est responsable des services du Centre des opérations de Sécurité (SOC), de la gestion des TI de Cybersécurité et de la sécurité offensive.

En tant que directeur(-trice) adjoint(e) Sécurité Offensive, Applicative et Vulnérabilités vous avez la responsabilité de développer les compétences des employés et de contribuer directement à l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle des processus et opérations sous votre responsabilité.

Pour ce faire, vous êtes amené à collaborer avec plusieurs équipes de l’entreprise afin de faciliter la réalisation des opérations des spécialistes sous votre gestion et ainsi contribuer à améliorer la posture de sécurité de l’organisation.

Vous participez activement aux tâches reliées à la gestion des ressources humaines telles que le recrutement du personnel et l’évaluation du rendement et des compétences des employés de votre équipe.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  1. Identifier et prioriser, avec d’autres intervenants, les opportunités d’amélioration de la posture de sécurité de l’information de l’organisation, relative aux contrôles communs de sécurité de l’information.
  2. Favoriser l’utilisation optimale des différentes technologies de sécurité offensive et de tests d’intrusions, coordonner la gestion des vulnérabilités via des correctifs ou toute autre action de mitigation.
  3. Favoriser l’utilisation optimale des différentes technologies de protection de l’information garantissant la mission de la direction.
  4. Participer avec l’équipe de Cyberdéfense à l’amélioration des contrôles de protection et de détection.
  5. Suivre les travaux de l’équipe concernant les contrôles organisationnels de sécurité de l’information.
  6. Agir comme le représentant et promoteur de l’utilisation des contrôles communs de sécurités de l’information, pour influencer l’adoption et le respect à ces contrôles, dans un modèle agile SAFe.
  7. S’assurer du respect des encadrements et normes relatifs au domaine d’affaire ainsi qu’au domaine d’expertise.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  1. Baccalauréat ou diplôme d’études universitaires en informatique ou dans une discipline connexe.
  2. Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en technologies de l'information.
  3. Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de personnel/gestion d’équipe.
  4. Compréhension des cadres de la sécurité, comme CIS, NIST, ISO, etc.
  5. Certification professionnelle pertinente en gestion de la sécurité (CISSP, CISM, etc.) est un atout.
  6. Maitrise avancée de la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  7. Maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des taches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
