With 13 offices worldwide, we combine deep product knowledge, market expertise, and a global network to support and grow the tea industry.We are looking for a Junior Trader to join our Toronto team. If you have a commercial mindset, a passion for international trade, and the ambition to develop into a professional trader, this role is for you.What you will doLearn the full trading process: from purchasing and selling to tasting, grading, and blending tea and herbal products.Develop product knowledge on Black Tea, Green Tea, Oolong, Matcha, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Lemongrass, Peppermint, and more.Support commercial decisions, market analysis, and supplier/customer relations.Gain hands-on experience at our operations facility in Oshawa (monthly visits required).Collaborate with an international team and global partners.Job requirementsWho we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, or related field (required).1–3 years of commercial experience (commodity trading experience is a plus).Entrepreneurial drive, commercial instinct, and a deal-making mindset.Analytical thinker with initiative, creativity, and perseverance.Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.A team player with a pragmatic, “can-do” attitude.Native or fluent English skills, written and spoken.Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (no work authorization provided).Valid Ontario Driving License (for occasional travel).What we offerCompetitive salary, extended health care, RRSP match, paid time off, and company events.Friendly, collaborative environment with endless access to tea and herbal infusions.Convenient Midtown Toronto office, directly connected to the Eglinton TTC Subway Station.Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site). #J-18808-Ljbffr
