The primary role of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing is to lead and manage sales activities to achieve corporate goals. As a member of the Executive Management Team, this role participates in and contributes to the company's overall strategic direction. This position reports to the President.

Must Haves
  1. Post-secondary education in a related field
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience
  3. Experience directly leading a sales team
  4. Experience managing national accounts
  5. Self-starter with a determination to succeed
  6. Strong analytical skills
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Flexible to travel
Compensation:
  1. Salary based on qualifications and experience is competitively based
