Job Duties:

  • Develop efficient methods to meet operational schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and portioning among staff.

  • Estimate required quantities and order ingredients and supplies accordingly.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to food service standards and maintain quality control measures.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Keep detailed records of stock inventory, equipment repairs, sales data, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proficient in scheduling and budgeting.
