OverviewSenior Solution Specialist Oracle Procurement role at High Tech Genesis.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Procurement modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and operational strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.Design and develop comprehensive Oracle-based procure-to-pay and purchasing solutions tailored to client needs and challenges.Conduct detailed assessments of procurement processes, identifying opportunities and recommending effective strategies for optimization.Provide expert guidance and training, facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle Procurement and Oracle Supply Chain Management functionalities.Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and recommendations to streamline procurement processes, enhance procure-to-pay use cases, and improve overall productivity.Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle solutions within existing systems and infrastructure.Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing cycles.Participate in all phases of the project life cycle from scoping to post-implementation support.Stay current with the latest advancements in Oracle Procurement and other SCM modules such as Inventory and Manufacturing, contributing to continuous improvement of consulting services.Build knowledge of the firm’s service offerings to identify potential sales opportunities.Supervise junior staff and oversee portions of client engagements.Contribute to practice development initiatives, including recruiting, methodology enhancement, and trade show participation.Qualifications6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing)5+ years of experience in business processes and implementation of Oracle Cloud modules including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, and Inventory3 to 4 full lifecycle implementation projects, with at least two involving Oracle Procurement Cloud and Fusion SCM modulesProficiency with integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, RESTful APIs, and web servicesSolid experience in data conversion, as well as pre- and post-Go-Live activitiesOracle Certification in Procurement is a strong plus Familiarity with Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools is an advantageSelf-motivated with a positive, proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with clients and technical teamsComfortable collaborating with onsite and offshore teams across all levels of client organizationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or TechnologyEqual Employment OpportunityHigh Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
