Job DescriptionPurpose of the role :The role of the Client Relationship Manageris to originate institutional investor relationships, raise capital and manage investor relationshipsin Central & Eastern CanadaResponsible for :Represent Brookfield amonginstitutional investorsin Central & Eastern Canada.Prospecting& originating relationships, including but not limitedto :Developing a strategic business plan for raising institutional capital for Brookfield’s private market strategies.Conductingcompetitor analysisand researchManaging and executing the outreach to investorsFundraisingManaging and executing fundraising of Brookfield’s private market strategies to institutionalinvestors including :Initial pitchesFacilitating investment professional meetings and due diligence processesFacilitating the closing and onboarding of investorsManaging investor relationships and supporting investors through thefull life cycle of the relationship, including butnotlimited to :Managing investor requestCoordinating client meetings, preparing briefing notes, attending meetings,takingmeeting notes and tracking follow-ups / next stepsCoordinatingroadshows,conferences,andclienteventswith respectiveteamsBringing the Brookfield organization to the investorManagingtheinternalclientrelationship managementdatabasethat tracks progress on marketing and relationship managementactivitiesCoordinating and collaborating with all parts of the Brookfield organization to enhance the interactions and value theinvestorQualifications, Experience and SkillsFluency in French strongly preferredExperience10+ years of professional experience ideally in funds management and / orIR, fundraisingExperience with working with institutionalinvestorsPreferable :Experience in real estate, infrastructure and / or private equity assetclassesExperience in analyzing and summarizing complexinformationFund marketing sales and supportexperienceExperience working in an international organization andteamKey CompetenciesAbility to understand and anticipate clientneedsInquisitive and high attention to detailExcellent planning and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsandabilityto shareinformation in a clear and concisemannerTeam player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to workAble to develop strong internalandexternal networkand build meaningfulrelationshipProactively seeks opportunities to get involved in more challengingprojectsAbility to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environmentExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilityProficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft WordQualificationsAppropriatecollegedegree in accounting / finance / businessPost graduate studies in finance, MBA, orCFA / CPA qualified would be highlyregarded #J-18808-Ljbffr
