Job Summary The company is looking for a driven Territory Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of success in territory development. You’re skilled at uncovering opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and offering solutions that deliver measurable value. Equally comfortable developing new business and nurturing existing accounts, you understand the building materials landscape and bring a hands‑on approach to managing your pipeline and performance. You collaborate well across teams and take full ownership of delivering exceptional results within your market. Job Responsibilities Grow and manage sales activities across the defined region. Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and industry networking. Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs. Track performance using CRM tools and key business metrics. Conduct regular site visits to understand client challenges and opportunities. Prepare accurate estimates and sales documentation. Work closely with internal departments and partners to ensure project success. Act as a go‑to expert on roofing systems and exterior materials. Identify ways to enhance both the customer experience and internal processes. Job Requirements Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years in outside sales or territory management. Proven B2B sales success in building materials, construction, or related sectors. Strong strategic selling, customer focus, and relationship‑building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Comfort with data analysis, KPI tracking, and business decision‑making. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms; knowledge of Epicor is a plus.
