Your responsibilities will range from supporting the Centre Manager with back‑of‑house duties to running an exceptional front‑of‑house operation across all areas. Support the Centre Manager and team in delivering financial targets and service standards in lanes, bar, diner and amusements. Inspire the team to provide outstanding service, creating great experiences and lasting memories. Encourage an environment where team members are motivated and empowered to perform their best. To Be Successful You Will Have Management experience, ideally within a retail or restaurant setting A passion for guest service Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams Willingness to work nights and weekends Desire for success A friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team Excellent communication skills Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks Experience working in a fast‑paced environment The Who… Splitsville Entertainment is Canada’s premier family entertainment centre.
