Job Description * Insight Global is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join a growing energy and equipment solutions company in Mississauga. This person will reads and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble, fit, and align various mechanical parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and functional requirements. They will work closely with engineers and various other team members, ensuring accuracy and proficiency in assembling intricate machinery and equipment. Responsibilities will include assembling mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments as well as fitting and aligning parts to ensure proper functionality. Conducting quality inspections and checks as well as conducting functional tests and trials is a part of the day-to-day role. Identifying new opportunities for process optimization and enhancements is encouraged and those with a continuous improvement mindset would be considered an asset. The proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines will be required.
