We are looking for two maintenance workers to fill our team. Schedule: Full time, days, every other weekend ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
