This role is primarily focused on brand design excellence — building and extending visual identity systems, designing high-impact campaign assets, and creating thoughtful expressions of the brand across both digital and physical touchpoints.While brand design craft is the foundation of this role, candidates with additional strengths in web design, Webflow development, and motion design will bring even greater value to our multidisciplinary studio.About the roleLocation: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)Type: Full-time, Permanent, ExemptThe cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Base pay ranges are structured into zones for geographic markets, with the specific base pay within the range determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.United States (zones with USD):Zone A: 113000 - 147000Zone B: 107000 - 139000Zone C: 101000 - 133000Canada (Ontario & British Columbia, Canada): 131000 - 176000 (CAD)This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established goals.Please visit our Careers page for information on which locations are included in each geographic pay zone and confirm your zone with your recruiter.Reporting to the Director, Brand & Web DesignResponsibilitiesDesign Across Brand SurfacesConcept, design, and deliver brand campaigns across multiple channels, partnering with marketing to translate strategy into creative.Develop event identities, promotional assets, and materials that extend the Webflow brand.Create scalable brand systems, guidelines, and templates that elevate and unify the brand.Manage end-to-end production for deliverables, including preparing files for presentations, advertising and media partners, print vendors, and events.Design collateral such as branded imagery, event visuals, presentation materials, and apparel/merchandise.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative aligns with GTM strategy, brand objectives, and campaign goals.Work with Creative Ops and external vendors to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate specs, and delivery across channels.Communicate fidelity from concept to final output and participate in reviews to improve the work and process.Build relationships with cross-functional peers through clear communication, curiosity, and accountability.Stretch Into Digital & Motion (bonus)Translate brand systems into digital experiences, applying web design best practices and building in Webflow where relevant.Contribute motion design and animation to campaigns and launches to deepen storytelling.Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and motion specialists to extend brand across web and interactive surfaces.Experiment with emerging tools to push brand expression across mediums.Webflow will support you in identifying development opportunities and incorporating them into your role.About youYou’ll thrive as a Senior Brand Designer if you:Have 5 to 7+ years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio across identity, design systems, campaigns, and event design.Can conceptualize and execute ideas across print, digital, and experiential media.Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
