Organization: Mercor Position: First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $65–$140/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Use your industry experience to design and review questions related to production and operations management. Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, process compliance, and decision-making realism. Provide detailed insights into workflow optimization, safety protocols, and performance supervision. Support AI systems in learning structured management, operations planning, and team leadership skills. Requirements Strong experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Strong understanding of operations management, production workflows, and safety standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported). Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
