About the Team

This role is in Governance & Adoption, part of Engineering and Architecture Practice in ICG. The mission of Governance and Adoption is to deliver digital products faster and better using best practice operating model and toolkit as well as drive adoption across +20,000 users across the firm.

About the Role

The Generative AI Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organization from Technical SMEs, specialists, users, vendors, and management to enable Generative AI capabilities and drive the roll-out and adoption of such products across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hands-on management of Generative AI initiatives navigating regulatory compliance, company’s policy, and Software Delivery Life Cycle process
  2. Coordinate the in-depth review and prioritization of the use cases for Generative AI
  3. Drive adoption throughout the product maturity
  4. Implement established program management standards and framework in place
  5. Manage stakeholders at all levels within the organization to deliver the objectives

  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent presentation skills
Experience
  • Background in delivering and driving adoption of AI, Generative AI, or emerging technology
  • Hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment with processes that must be adhered to
  • Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile
  • Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA a must
