• Posséder un DEC technique en architecture ou études dans le domaine de l'architecture ou de l'ingénierie
• Sensibilité environnementale et engagement envers le développement durable
• Compétences en gestion de projets pour s'assurer de la bonne conduite des projets de développement durable de l'entreprise
• Connaissance de l'application des certifications LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Carbone Zéro, et Passive House et de leurs impacts sur les projets immobiliers
