Solutions Architect (Insurance) - Fully Remote Base Pay Range CA$120,000.00 - CA$130,000.00 Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of scalable Zuora solutions to meet complex business requirements. Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define Zuora strategy and roadmap. Oversee end-to-end Zuora implementations, integrations, and migrations, ensuring best practices and compliance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, QA, and operations teams. Drive continuous improvement of Zuora platforms, focusing on performance, reliability, and automation. Manage and resolve critical production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Develop and enforce standards for Zuora configuration, customization, and deployment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Zuora architecture, development, and implementation. Deep expertise in Zuora functionalities, including billing, payments, subscription lifecycle, and workflow automation. Proven track record of leading large-scale Zuora projects and integrations. Strong knowledge of Zuora APIs, ZOQL, and advanced configuration. Experience with Zuora‑Salesforce integrations and custom solutions. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
