TotalEnergies Marketing Canada Inc, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies Company and based in LaSalle, Montreal (QC) since 2007, specializes in the manufacture and distribution of lubricants for the automotive and industrial sectors across various Canadian provinces.

We are currently looking for a Transport and Logistics Coordinator. This key role involves the planning and efficient management of the ground transportation of our bulk products, ensuring fast and cost-effective delivery to our customers in Quebec and Ontario.

Profile required

  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in transportation logistics or equivalent, combined with 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of land transport laws and regulations.
  • Mastery of MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of MRP (SAP an asset).
  • Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization, attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.

Activities

Main responsibilities

  • Plan daily routes, dispatch trucks, and orchestrate bulk deliveries, ensuring the best time/cost ratio.
  • Ensure product availability and manage all bulk orders in the SAP system.
  • Produce monitoring and analysis reports using SAP and Excel.
  • Review and approve delivery notes.
  • Administer the VisioStock portal to prevent any stock shortages at our customers.

Practical information

  • Full-time permanent position
  • 40 hours per week, daytime schedule
  • Location: 220 avenue Lafleur, LaSalle, QC H8R 4C9
