Patient Support (PSP) Manager page is loaded## Patient Support (PSP) Managerlocations: Americas, CA, Ottawa, CSL Behringtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-265391Responsibilities:• Serve as therapeutic area lead overseeing delivery of patient services across multiple vendors.• Develop, execute and operationalize patient services programs for designated therapeutic area.• Drive alignment across programs to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies.• Collaborate across commercial functions as a strategic partner to the brand team.• Develop and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs.Qualifications:• Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline; MBA a plus• 7+ years' relevant commercial operations experience, within the pharmaceutical industry including experience managing delivery of patient service programs.• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferredThis is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our Ottawa, Canada offices three days a week.Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
