This four‑month summer placement (May to August 2026) is part of the Indigenous Relations team within the Strategy & Impact division at Farm Credit Canada (FCC). Responsibilities Work in a team dedicated to supporting Indigenous agriculture and food. Support the Indigenous Relations team in activities that advance reconciliation across the company. Build relationships across different teams to understand how FCC achieves goals. Help build an inclusive workplace through participation in programs and activities. Qualifications Drive to learn and succeed. Strong communication skills. Team‑focused approach. Ability to multitask and make informed decisions. Flexibility and readiness to adapt to shifting priorities and new information. What You’ll Need Completion of at least one year of a post‑secondary degree program. Enrollment in a post‑secondary degree in Indigenous studies, business, human resources, marketing or finance. Indigenous relations and community engagement experience is an asset.
