Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top technical talent. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
