Position Overview The Principal Revenue Operations Analyst is a senior‑level role that serves as an internal expert in Revenue Operations. The analyst leads large‑scale projects and programs that drive operational excellence and strategic impact across the Sales Operations team. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end solutions that influence business unit results and help shape functional objectives, policies, and standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Ownership: Lead cross‑functional initiatives, translate business needs into scalable solutions across Salesforce.com and integrated platforms, and manage full delivery cycles from requirements through post‑launch optimization. Technical Expertise & Innovation: Ensure data integrity and governance, champion AI and automation to streamline workflows, and develop advanced reporting frameworks for data‑driven decision making. Salesforce CPQ & Billing Integrations: Design and implement CPQ integration workflows, map data models between Salesforce CPQ, SAP ERP, and Zuora, and manage CPQ implementation or migration projects. Salesforce Agentforce For Sales Cloud: Configure Agentforce features for opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and account engagement, and leverage analytics for sales efficiency. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead project teams, mentor analysts, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, and communicate complex issues to senior leadership. Special Initiatives: Drive M&A system integration, lead discovery and CRM convergence, and apply advanced project management practices to manage multiple initiatives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Technology, Information Systems or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 10–12 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields, with a proven record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives. Leadership: Strong influence and mentorship skills with exceptional communication and stakeholder management. Expertise: Expert in Salesforce.com (configuration, data modeling, integration), process design, user stories, test planning, UAT, change management, data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI), and AI/automation platforms. Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, AI/Automation-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Einstein), PMP or equivalent project management certification.
