Application Information As a part of Cameco's Human Resources department, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for disability case‑management on a permanent full‑time basis. In this role, you will: Provide coaching and direction on Cameco’s disability management program and processes, as well as support Cameco’s health, wellness, and accommodation programs. Ensure the timely and consistent administration of disability‑related absences. Support the development and management of return‑to‑work plans. Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and site nurses, along with external healthcare providers and benefit vendors. Build positive relationships with a broad range of individuals to support disability‑related inquiries. Effectively use technology tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and employee database systems.
