Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced basketball coaches to join our coaching team. We are looking for individuals with energy, a passion for basketball, and a dedication to the training industry. We hope to recruit professionals who are wholeheartedly committed to coaching and mentoring players. Currently, we are hiring coaches for both our house league and rep team.

Requirements for Rep Team Head Coach:
- Candidate must take full responsibility for the team, attending all practices and games punctually.
- Candidate are expected to analyze the growth of each player and develop reasonable training plans accordingly, fostering individual improvement.
- Candidate should devise tactical strategies tailored to the team's strengths and weaknesses, maximizing performance on the court.
- Candidate must conduct thorough analysis of opponents, devising targeted game plans to counter their tactics effectively.
- Candidate are tasked with identifying and nurturing potential players, ensuring a pipeline of talent for the team's future success.
- Candidate must have sufficient time and commitment to lead 1-2 rep teams, ensuring adequate attention and support for each squad.
Candidate must have at least 3 seasons experience with rep team coaching from U10-U13
- Additionally, coaches who can elevate the current AA+ team to AAA status will receive an additional bonus.
Salary Rate:
- Coach for U10-U13 Elite Team: 45-60 Dollars / Hour
- Coach for Rep Team: 30-40 Dollars / Hour
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
