About Us

We are professional, agile, and fast-paced automotive manufacturing company and are looking for an energetic, versatile, and tech-savvy Data Entry Administrator who is punctual, reliable and has a positive attitude in learning new things. The candidate should be able to work independently or in a group setting, with tight deadlines. Organizational skills and critical-thinking are a must.

Data Entry Duties:

· Create and manage accurate spreadsheets

· Internal auditing of quote/project database

· Collecting/analyzing data for monthly reports

· Maintain part product database and make changes as needed

· Identify and correct data entry errors

· Assist with website development and project management system

Administrative Duties:

· Provide clerical, administrative and organizational support to the Vice President & Sales Team (maintain calendars, schedule, etc. filing, office organization and meeting preparations)

· Bill payments and expense report reconciliation

· Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, order, and organization

· Printing and assembling of marketing materials (brochures, sample boxes, business cards, etc.)

· General Office Duties (opening & closing office, arranging vehicle maintenance, etc.)

Software knowledge:

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook): experience required.

· Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator): experience preferred.

· SolidWorks CAD Software: experience preferred.
