Eng. designation with PEO is requiredProven ability to learn and adapt software such as transportation modeling, GIS, AutoCAD and innovative new applicationsExperience includes applying and interpreting legislation and technical documentation, including the ITE Trip Generation Manual, TAC Geometric Design Guide, Ontario Traffic Manual and Ontario Highway Traffic ActExperience with specialized traffic assessment and/or design software, particularly Synchro, VISSIM, AIMSUM and AutoTURN, etc.Experience determining Transportation Demand Management elements and assessing/improving active transportation facilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCADStrong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsExcellent written and oral communicationAttention to detailDemonstrated ability to perform individually or as part of project teamsEffective time‑management skills with ability to manage concurrent projects, proposals and prioritiesITE Canada membership desiredValid Ontario driver’s license (minimum G2)EEO StatementEXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
