Job Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead (Intervenor Services Coordinator or ISC) to join our team of front‑line supervisors in Welland, ON. Reporting to the Manager of Intervenor Services, you will supervise a team of 10–15 Intervenors in Residential and Community programs, ensuring strong team environment, program delivery, and person‑centered care. Key Activities Oversee day‑to‑day operations for assigned individuals. Supervise Intervenors, acknowledging excellent performance and addressing concerns. Ensure program quality and care standards are met, supporting Intervenor performance. Provide on‑call support as required, bi‑weekly to monthly. Address inquiries, advocate for the needs of individuals and their families, and provide guidance. Recruit, hire, orient, and train new Intervenors. Schedule and conduct team meetings, progress reports, and performance appraisals. Approve bi‑weekly payroll and manage budget and financial documents for programs. Implement protocols for medical, behavioural, and health and safety issues. Benefits Competitive salary. Opportunities to attend conferences and workshops locally and abroad. Education and Experience Required Post‑secondary education in Human Services, Social Services, or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or sensory loss. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience. Formal supervisory/leadership training an asset. Knowledge of medication administration. Understanding of Employment Standards and Workplace Health & Safety Acts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database software. Successful receipt of a Vulnerable Sector Police Check and a current driver's abstract. Valid Class G driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle; insurance liability minimum $2 million. Working Environment and Physical Demands Primarily public/community setting support. Full‑time, 40 hours/week with flexibility for evenings & weekends. On‑call duty outside business hours a week every 4–6 weeks. Occasional travel within Southwestern Ontario, including visits to the main office in Paris, ON. All applications will be held in confidence.
