Customer Sales & Profit
  1. You are responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
  2. Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
  3. Be aware of and take responsibility for your department's strengths and identifying commercial opportunities and acting on them.

Fashion & Trend Awareness
  1. Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.

Team & Development
  1. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team in-store.
  2. Complete performance evaluations and succession planning to support business & team needs.
  3. Responsible for the team's planning & scheduling.
  4. Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed.

Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution
  1. Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas.
  2. Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with good garment care.
  3. You are achievement-oriented, motivated by performance and competition to be truly customer centric.
