As a not-for-profit corporation, we take pride in administering two of Canada's top 100 pension plans—the Public Employees Pension Plan (PEPP), the country’s largest defined contribution plan, and the Municipal Employees' Pension Plan (MEPP). We serve over 900 employers and more than 105,000 plan members, everyone from small-town firefighters to crown corporation executives.Support the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive and integrated planning and accountability framework across the organization and pension and benefits boards.Lead the development and execution of strategic and annual planning processes, including the collection of planning inputs and facilitating the prioritization of short- and long-term goals and initiatives;Manage performance reporting and accountability activities, including internal and external reports and facilitation of performance to plan reporting;Facilitate collaboration on a corporate growth strategy, defining growth objectives and business development opportunities;Proactively develop and refine planning and accountability processes to enable data-driven decision-making, enhance collaboration, and support strategic objectives;Lead and participate in strategic and operational projects, working groups and committees; li>Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning and accountability in a practical, integrated way;Knowledge of project management, change management, continuous improvement and research methods, principles and processes;Experience using creative problem solving to address complex challenges through research, analysis and innovation;Advanced communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation, facilitation and consensus building with senior managers, boards of directors, or similar governing bodies;Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and projects to meet strict and/or changing deadlines.Completion of post-secondary education in public/business administration, social sciences, economics, or commerce;A combination of other education and experience in strategic planning, business strategy, or corporate performance management.Assets: Knowledge of Canadian best practices in pension and benefits administration;Project or change management certification;Experience with business development, risk management and governance processes; li>Relevant courses or education in the pension industry.Industry Leader: Plannera is recognized as a leader in pension and benefit administration, providing personalized service and consistently achieving high member satisfaction scores.Global Partnerships: Our investment fund managers collaborate with some of the world’s leading fund managers, providing strong and diversified pension plan funds.Diversity and Inclusion: We believe in the strength of diversity and inclusion. li>Comprehensive benefits package including a pension to secure your financial future Flexible work arrangements Vacation, earned days off (EDO) and other types of leave to support your well-being
