Associate Sales Consultant

What you will do:
As an Associate Sales Representative for Orthopaedics, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products.Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.Keeps Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis.Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products.Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and corrective action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities.What you need:
- University Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 1+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable).
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
- Capability to communicate in French and English.
- Quality products that improve the lives of customers and patients.
