We offer our people multiple learning and development programs throughout the world.We’re looking for a Brand Strategist, 8+ years experience, with direct responsibility and execution of creative strategy — we will expect to see work across multiple lifestyle brands. Work experience will need to clearly indicate their contribution within each project highlighted. We’ll be looking for someone who is autonomous in their work delivery, with some oversight.Our ideal candidate must have experience with:Lifestyle brands that tap into culture, trends and the scenes of their audienceSport & entertainment verticals and has a proven portfolio of work to showcaseBrand ID, brand comms, campaign, experience, creator, social and content strategyA variety of both global and local brandsTranslating high-level concepts into multi-channel and consumer touchpointsOur ideal candidate excels in:Research & insights — including tapping real people in our communityDiscovery, direction and/or rationale — pushing for and building strong briefsBig picture perspective — connecting to and being ahead of our client’s businessProviding guardrails — able to keep others on briefBringing a productive voice — collaborates and adds value to the entire agencyPackaging — can organize ideas and enjoys storytelling (creative writing welcomed)Selling — is a strong presenter and communicatorBase salary range: $90k - $115k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
