Junior Handbag

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the design industry.

To design seasonal collections in line with the vision and brand aesthetic of MATT & NAT.

1. Sourcing new materials through trade shows/research on the internet.
2. Trends research.
3. Fabric selection.
4. Prepare tech packs to develop prototypes.
5. Review prototypes to ensure alignment with brand direction.
6. Review prototypes for accurate and functional construction.
7. Make necessary corrections on prototypes.
8. Development/approval of production labels.
9. Quality control of pre-production samples and after receiving goods in-house.
10. Inspection report approvals.
11. Working with sales and care team to provide product information as requested.
12. Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the design sample room.

1. Interest in fashion/design.
2. Good knowledge of English.
3. 2-3 years of experience in handbags & accessories.
4. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Ability to convey ideas through sketches.
6. Strong sense of personal ownership.
