If you\'re ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter — and build a career with a company that’s building North America — we want to hear from youThe Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for aggregate sales, marketing, & strategy development in the Greater Vancouver Market Area. This individual will achieve sales objectives and improve overall profitability. This role will be responsible for customer base expansion, driving revenue performance, achieving sales & financial goals while focusing on high quality customer service. This includes project/bid quoting, customer relations, project management, quality control management, logistics management, and systematic collection of market intelligence (i.e. competitor activity, bid follow up & tracking).What You’ll AccomplishAchieve volume/market share and price/profitability objectives by plant, product, and customer/market segment in the Territory.Develop the sales & marketing strategies for the territory and execute on these strategies, including market share analysis.Identify and understand current and unmet needs for existing and potential customers and translate these into sales opportunities.Proactively track and manage construction activity in the territory.Manage operations related to 7 pits and quarries, 3 fill sites, 1 portable recycle plant, and 4 depots.Responsible for project quotation, sales management, and customer management of the Territory.Oversee Territory Commercial Strategy & Business Plan as well as Territory and Customer Action plans.Maintain excellent communication to develop effective working relationships internally and externally.Demonstrate strong customer focus and commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Post-secondary degree or diploma.
