Social Media Manager – Creative Circle (Remote – 12‑Month Contract) Duration: 12‑month contract, 30 hrs/weekLocation: RemoteRate: $28–$35/hr Our corporate client seeks a Social Media Manager with B2B and content planning experience to join their team on a 1‑year contract, fully remote. Responsibilities Manage online communities and engage audiences across multiple platforms Plan and execute B2B‑focused social media strategies Create and schedule posts primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram, with secondary support for X, Facebook, and Glassdoor Use Hootsuite to schedule content, monitor activity, and generate performance reports Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and objectives Dedicate 30 minutes daily (including weekends) to monitor and respond to customer questions on primary platforms Analyze social media metrics, interpret insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance Key Qualifications Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts and communities Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices; familiarity with X, Facebook, and Glassdoor Proficiency with Hootsuite (scheduling, monitoring, reporting) Ability to create and maintain content calendars aligned with business objectives Skilled at interpreting social media metrics and providing actionable recommendations Excellent communication and writing skills tailored for professional audiences Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency Availability to dedicate 30 minutes daily (including weekends) for community engagement and customer response Self‑starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Advertising Industries: Staffing and Recruiting, Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
