The Senior Cybersecurity Advisor will be assigned to product families within InfoSec and Infrastructure services domains and will be an ambassador to bridge the gap between cybersecurity and business (like BISO). The Cybersecurity Advisor acts as a key partner and primary point of contact for product family leaders and businesses regarding cybersecurity. The Cybersecurity Advisor ensures initiatives comply with security policies and standards, supporting business goals. Generally, the Cybersecurity Advisor oversees the security posture of its product families assigned and coordinates with all relevant stakeholders to manage cybersecurity risks.CHALLENGES TO BE METSupport LOBs/Product Families and IT teams by providing advice on cybersecurity requirements related to emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI implementations and third-party vendorsDrive adoption of security controls and complianceIdentify and analyze cybersecurity risks and perform threat modeling where necessaryDevelop and communicate metrics and reporting to illustrate the security posture to LOBsEmpower squad teams to become autonomous in their security oversightFocuses mainly on the mission of critical assets and sensitive data.Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts to integrate AI solutions into existing security infrastructure (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS).Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with adversarial AI and model poisoning.Stay current with advancements in AI, finance, and regulatory technology (RegTech).Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with adversarial AI and model poisoning.Perform other related tasks.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in the field of securityCISSP certification, an assetLeadership, autonomy, rigor, spirit of synthesis and discretionTeam spirit and interpersonal skillsSense of priorities and understanding of problems, of criticality and of the impactStrong experience with the Windows platformExperience with AI technologiesStrong knowledge of cloud models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)Experience in security applied to IaaS services (Azure, AWS)Experience in threat modelingExperience in risk managementAbility to share information with peers and transfer knowledgeAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities head-onAbility to translate theoretical aspects into tactical realities and specificities of IT operations and to integrate these theoretical elements into this realityAbility to communicate effectively in both official languages (French and English)Proudly one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible environment where all employees can thrive and feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
