Our Games Technology Group empowers multiple creative disciplines through tools and workflows and we need a Lead Quality Engineer to ensure these solutions remain reliable, efficient, and bug-free.You’ll lead the charge in designing robust test frameworks, continuous integration flows, and quality pipelines that validate everything from Unreal Engine integrations to custom scripting tools.Responsibilities:Experience working in cloud based pipelines and infrastructure. Azure would be ideal but we could probably work with AWS/Google Cloud experienceWould be highlighted in resumes where folks have migrated on-prem solutions to the cloud or stood up end to end workflows primarily in the cloudProficiency with C# or a similar strongly-typed language (Java, Kotlin, C++) and experience debugging and fixing issues with live servicesWe have had candidates who have experience with scripting languages but really need someone to be able to own the end to end deployment and help triage issues when they come upDefine and enforce quality standards for shared technology before releaseCollaborate with engineering and pipeline teams to embed testing into development processes.Architect and implement automated test systems for tools, plug-ins, and workflows across the team.Lead efforts in test coverage analysis, performance benchmarking, and regression detectionMaintain and evolve CI environments to support scalable, efficient test executionChampion integration testing and stability verification for cross-team workflowsDocument quality engineering processes and provide mentorship on automation best practicesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years as a quality engineer, writing and managing tests for games or equivalent software.Strong experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworksHands-on knowledge of CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)Preferred Qualifications:Highly proficient in C++, C# and object-oriented design programming.Excellent problem solving abilities.Effective communication skills; ability to work closely with other high-caliber engineers and artists.Comfortably works with all disciplines found within a games studio.Experience with the Unreal Engine.Salary Range: $75,000 to 82,000 Annually.
