  • Stay updated on workforce optimization technologies and collaborate with stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Develop and engage a high-performing team focused on excellence and innovation.

  • Lead labour strategy meetings and mentor team members in data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within a high-volume, complex retail environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions, building strong relationships and successfully bringing people together to drive alignment and achieve shared goals and consensus.
  • Retail finance experience required (3-5 years); labour strategy, workforce planning and/or field experience a plus.
  • Advanced expert skills in Excel, with proven ability in developing budget models and detailed analysis from scratch.
  • Experienced in leading and developing teams of analysts, with a focus on strategic vision and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
  • Detail-oriented, highly comfortable with navigating large data sets from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience – verbal and written - throughout all levels of the organization with a high degree of comfort presenting and responding to senior level executives.
  • Self-motivated with superior time management and problem-solving skills.
