You will guide customers through our range of stylish frames and support customers who see themselves through contact lenses for the first time, delivering the Specsavers memorable care that 41 million customers around the world know when they enter a Specsavers.Exceed customers’ expectations with a shining, caring personality and create WOW momentsGuide customers through our range of stylish frames and eyewear solutionsSupport customers who are new to contact lensesPromote the Specsavers Customer Experience model by prioritizing long-term relationshipsProvide knowledgeable eyewear suggestions and styling adviceRemain reliable and flexible to work retail hours, including some later nights and weekendsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re people people, and you are too No experience in optics is necessary but you have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
