As a highly certified Professional Instructor you will deliver high quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment.Job Responsibilities:Supervise a group of children, adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and to accept all duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrainDevelop advance skiers and riders to reach their next level goalsWork with advanced season long programs, and athlete developmentLead sessions, and Instructor development programsFollow the guidelines and safety rules as outline in our Safety ManualBe responsible for your safety and the safety of the guestsAct as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parentAttend all mandatory training sessionsBe familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson timesWe are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist in other departments as neededJob Requirements:Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC,CASI, CADS or foreign equivalent is essentialCertified Course Conductor is an assetFluent in multiple languages is an assetExperience working with Children and Families is essential.Experience teaching advanced lessonsPatience and ability to have lots of funGood verbal and written communication skillsReliable and committed to workingDemonstrating our Core Values, Serve Other, Do Right, Be Inclusive, Drive Value, Do Good.
