You will act as the primary point of contact on all Exchange, Cloud Platform, Office 365, MS Teams, Intune and Teams for Business operational needs. You will play a key role in the delivery of service excellence to our Managed IT Services clients.A Day in the Life:Oversee and manage all aspects of Microsoft 365 admin centers, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and other M365 services, ensuring smooth operation, user management, and service optimizationCreate and pilot Intune application configuration and/or protection policiesDistribution of pre-packaged applications from the Apple Store or Google Play store to mobile devices, and distribution of Windows 10/11 applications that have already been packaged via IntuneTroubleshoot widespread device enrollment issues identified by Tier 1 or Tier 2 affecting multiple devices.Implement automation tools and scripts for streamlined cloud operations and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and proceduresWork with 3rd party integrators, external consultants or vendors to implement new technologies, adjust current deployments and apply best practicesAct as the go-to technical resource assisting multiple clients with Microsoft Messaging technologies & Cloud platform support for Azure, AWS, & GCPTroubleshoot issues with Entra ID Subscriptions, AD, Teams/Teams for Business online, Microsoft Teams and other Messaging related infrastructureWork with a dynamic team of M365 & Cloud support specialistsProvide recommendations on how to improve efficiencies with the technologies we supportAssist with other technical infrastructure support activities as requiredWhat You Bring:5+ years’ experience as a Messaging Specialist in a Microsoft environment, supporting versions of Exchange from 2010 – 2019 and Teams2+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Microsoft 365 services including TeamsSolid understanding of Microsoft Voice and voice integration with on-premises TeamsStrong background in infrastructure support including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect and DNS2+ years’ experience managing Microsoft 365 using PowerShellFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance center, Cloud App Security and Microsoft Defender for Office 365, IntuneExperience developing, deploying, and maintaining microservice deployed platformsStrong understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful API's, SDK's, SaaS modelsExperience working with relational databases on different technology platforms like Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQLExperience working with and managing code repositoriesExperience working with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub, GitLab, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, SQL, Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, Docker, and cloud-native technologiesSolid experience in codingExperience working with container technologies such as Kubernetes is considered an assetExperience in working with Puppet or Chef for automation and configuration is considered an assetKnowledge of multi-factor authenticationKnowledge of multiple mail gateways & mail filtering toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and multitasking skillsWhy Work at Long View:Great people and cultureComprehensive benefits package from day oneRecognition programsCareer growth– Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunities$60,835 - $79,847 a year Expected salary between $60,835 to $79,847 with 10% variable incentive.Want to learn more about our culture and life at Long View?
