Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesManage litigation on behalf of the Firm, from early case assessment and strategy development to drafting pleadings and overseeing research and analysisWork with external counsel where warranted, with the goal of resolving litigious matters at minimal impact to MNPProvide advice to various leaders and executivesDraft concise emails and legal documentsIdentify legal issues, research, and analyze complicated situations and develop practical solutionsDevelop good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work effectively with outside counselWrite briefs on regulations, legal, and compliance matters and other ad hoc legal issues to support legal position and provide guidance to teamsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesSkills And ExperienceExperienced litigator with at least five (5) years of post-call experience, ideally working in both law firms and in-house settings, with a focus on litigationExcellent oral and written communication and organizational skillsMyRewards @ MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
