Team: Mortgage Brokerage

Earning Potential: Competitive, with significant opportunities for increased earnings through uncapped commission and volume bonuses based on performance.

Location: Remote with the option to access office resources

Hours: Flexible, based on your personal goals and targets

How we’ll set you up for success

What you will do

- Work independently to set and exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and leads

- Offer world-class, VIP-level service to clients throughout the mortgage process

- Collaborate with our team of experienced agents to support your growth

- Efficiently overcome objections and navigate challenges

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

About you

- 2+ years’ experience as a licensed mortgage agent

- FSRA Level 1 or higher certification.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication skills and a high level of computer literacy

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Strong resilience, adaptability, and empathy for clients

- Passionate, driven, and eager to succeed
