What You'll Contribute: As the Hydromechanics Director, you'll lead and supervise a team of permanent and part time employees, overseeing budgetary management and strategic planning. Your role will involve: Managing the entire engineering department in the Hydromechanics sector Establishing and implementing departmental strategies and service offerings Developing and maintaining internal and external networks for business development Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction Collaborating with the Vice President to establish growth strategies

What We're Looking For: Bachelor of Engineering Member of the association of professional engineers of the province where the profession is practiced Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in team management Vision and global knowledge of dam and hydroelectric development sectors Proven ability in business development and customer relationship management Mobilizing leadership and effective communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a changing organizational context Bilingualism (French and English)
