Analyste princ., Trésorerie Join to apply for the Analyste princ., Trésorerie role at TD Department Overview The Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) department of TD Bank is responsible for overseeing the management of TD Bank’s Canadian and US P&C: non-trading market risk, consolidated liquidity risk and capital position. Location Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours 37.5 hours per week Sector Finances Compensation $76,800 - $115,200 CAD (base salary) with discretionary variable bonus. Additional details about salary will be discussed with recruiter. Responsibilities Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all measurement activity contributing to reporting. Providing business requirements and reviewing regression test results to explain and accept variances. Engaging stakeholders to maintain a cohesive vision and manage end‑to‑end deliverables. Building best‑in‑class measurement & analytics infrastructure and governance processes. Managing project work that impacts the Balance Sheet Measurement and Analytics team. Developing and fostering relationships with other Finance functions and risk functions. Communicating results and insights to stakeholders including senior management. Key Requirements Education Post‑secondary degree MBA/CFA/FRM designations considered an asset. Experience Experience with mapping out and re‑engineering processes with change management. Ability to simplify and present complex concepts to diverse audiences. Gathering and analyzing financial data for value‑added analysis. Managing cross‑functional teams to deliver key initiatives. Experience with SQL queries, Excel and data analysis. Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities. Collaboration and teaching skills. Ownership and initiative. Organizational skills and multitasking. Forward‑looking mindset for improving processes. Work Activities Blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Expected to be onsite 4 days a week effective 3 Nov 2025, with flexible days as required.
