We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. The position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain experience in sales, operations, Office Management, Service Management, and more. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management, ultimately preparing for career advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments, immersing in business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits. Required Qualifications Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment, candidates must: Have a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role. A business or related academic major. A leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
