Key Responsibilities Collaborate with client leadership to confirm/refine the technical training curriculum. Develop comprehensive training delivery plans and schedules. Create, adjust, and maintain training materials and artifacts for IMS team members. Support effective knowledge transfer and adoption during solution rollout. Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience within the last 10 years (demonstrated using a maximum of three projects). Proven experience in training material development, curriculum design, and instructional delivery.
