We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. FOCUS ON BUILDING TRUST BY DELIVERING TRANSPARENT AND HONEST ADVICE.
  4. PRIORITIZE CLIENT EXPERIENCE BY UNDERSTANDING CLIENT NEEDS AND DELIVERING PERSONALIZED SERVICE.
  5. COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO FACILITATE TIMELY MORTGAGE APPROVALS AND CLOSINGS.
  6. REMAIN MOBILE TO BE ACCESSIBLE AND ACCOMMODATE CLIENTS' PREFERENCES.
  7. STAY INFORMED ABOUT MARKET TRENDS, MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, AND INDUSTRY REGULATIONS.
Qualifications:
  1. MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF PROVEN SUCCESS IN THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY OR A RELATED FIELD.
  2. STRONG COMMITMENT TO TRUST DEVELOPMENT, CLIENT EXPERIENCE, AND DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
  3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  4. ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET WITH A DRIVE TO SUCCEED IN A COMMISSION-BASED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
