Our Claims team strives to create peace of mind for clients and communities through compassionate, high‑integrity service. Responsibilities Investigate, negotiate and settle intermediate habitational, farm and commercial property claims for major events. Provide support for regular property claims during lower volume periods. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient, timely, and quality settlements, including on‑site damage evaluations, estimate reconciliation and cash settlements. Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team. Conduct initial client calls, determine coverage, complete building appraisal reviews, and arrange payment and settlement. Deliver exceptional client service in line with our service and quality standards. Qualifications Three years of experience in insurance, business or a related field. Post‑secondary education in a related discipline. Working toward or holding the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Willingness to work toward licensing in PEI, NB and NL.
