Description du Poste Résumé des fonctions Le titulaire du poste aide à effectuer la collecte et l’analyse des données pour soutenir les activités de mesure du travail et de planification opérationnelle des superviseurs de l’exportation immédiate. Le titulaire du poste compile les données, produit des rapports et effectue des évaluations périodiques. Le titulaire du poste participe aux études de temps et aux activités d’amélioration des opérations. Responsabilités Rassemble les données nécessaires et aide à l’analyse des données pour élaborer des méthodes de mesure du travail. Effectue des évaluations selon les besoins afin de cibler les domaines ou les processus qui ne sont pas conformes. Recense et consigne les exceptions de non-conformité, examine les dossiers et travaille avec la direction des opérations pour élaborer des plans d’action qui traitent de toutes les exceptions de non-conformité. Vérifie les modifications mises en œuvre. Aide à la prévision des opérations, y compris l’examen de la recherche, des tendances, des taux de croissance prévus, etc. pour éclairer les recommandations de dotation. Produit des rapports et tient à jour des documents de référence. Compétences Requises Maîtrise des produits de la suite Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word et PowerPoint) Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication Connaissance des processus, des procédures et des organigrammes Références en gestion de projet – Préférable Baccalauréat (ou un diplôme équivalent international) – Préférable Connaissance de Microsoft SharePoint, Flow, Forms et PowerApps – Préférable UPS Canada est un employeur inclusif et qui adhère au principe d’égalité d’accès à l’emploi.
