El candidato participará en el onboarding y en momentos de presencialidad definidos como «Rush Weeks».ResponsabilidadesRealizar animación de personajes 3D de alto nivel que aporte a la actuación, emoción e historia en el contexto de largometrajes.Gestionar tomas complejas desde el blocking hasta el pulido final, asegurando excelencia creativa y técnica.Desarrollar actuaciones expresivas adaptadas a diferentes estilos, en línea con la visión del director.Colaborar con Supervisores, Leads y Director para potenciar el desempeño de los personajes y mantener la continuidad en las secuencias.Proponer soluciones creativas de animación y aportar ideas relevantes para la narración visual.Resolver problemas de rigging o técnicos, colaborando con departamentos de soporte.Guiar y formar a animadores junior y mid-level, brindando feedback y soporte para elevar la calidad del equipo.Participar activamente en dailies, revisiones y reuniones, contribuyendo con aportes creativos y resolutivos.Mantener alto nivel de organización en escenas y seguir el pipeline y el workflow del estudio.Gestionar eficientemente la carga de trabajo y comunicarse de manera fluida con Producción y Supervisores sobre avances y posibles bloqueos.RequisitosMás de 5 años de experiencia en animación para largometrajes o entornos de producción de alto nivel.Experiencia previa en un puesto senior o lead en al menos un largometraje animado.Manejo avanzado de Maya y profundo entendimiento de principios de animación, timing, peso, spacing y silueta.Sólidos conocimientos de anatomía, fisicalidad y pose para bipeds y quadrupeds.Capacidad para interpretar e implementar directrices y aportar ideas para enriquecer actuaciones.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, tanto en entornos remotos como híbridos.Enfoque colaborativo y formativo, orientado al crecimiento del equipo y estándares de calidad del estudio.Demo reel que incluya actuaciones complejas, variedad de estilos y contextos, detalles técnicos y capacidad narrativa de alto nivel.Condiciones y BeneficiosRemuneración: CAD $1800 – $2300 semanales según experiencia y localizaciónAmbiente de trabajo flexible, beneficios de salud y bienestar desde el primer día y plan de retiro con RRSP matchingTrabajo híbrido con obligatoria presencia en estudio durante onboarding y Rush WeeksMás información en bardel.ca/careersSi quieres más ofertas de empleo de Animación, 3D, VFX y Arte digital ENTRA AQUÍBienvenido a notodoanimacion.es | El portal sobre animación y arte digital en español, más visitado del mundo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
